CHANNEL ISLANDS COUNCIL
CITIZENS IN SUPPORT OF THE SEA SERVICES
A civilian organization dedicated to informing the American people and their government that the United States of America is a maritime nation and that its national defense and economic well-being are dependent on strong sea services: the United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, United States Coast Guard, and the U.S.-flag Merchant Marine.
CARING FOR SEA SERVICE FAMILIES
The Channel Islands Council coordinates baby showers for active duty families in partnership with the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society and Fleet & Family Support.
The Council also collects holiday toy donations for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys For Tots program.
MILITARY AWARDS
Recognizing Excellence in the Sea Services
Military Awards are a nationally recognized service of the U.S. Navy League. Awards of merit are presented with recognition from local officials, and often include a monetary award to service members recognized for outstanding performance in their field.
SEA CADETS
Sponsoring Young Leaders
The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps and the Navy League Cadet Corps are national youth leadership development organizations that promote interest and skill in naval disciplines while instilling strong moral character and life skills though leadership and technical programs modeled after the Navy's professional development.
